Poptarts & Preworkout Snaxx
I am sharing with you my prework out snack and how in the past I had a complicated relationship with this food, but now it is helping me fuel for my long runs and sprint workouts. I share how I have overcome this food rule I used to have about not eating carbohydrates before runs.

The episode I didn’t know I needed. Wow! If someone were to tell me about the gains I have made since eating the dang poptart , I wouldn’t have believed them. I used to lift heavy weights and run hard… all fasted before 8am. Since the poptart, I am faster and lifting heavier. The best part, I understand the science behind it and just view the poptart as fuel for my muscles so I can do the thing I love. So glad I found this podcast, thank you!!
