Is it ever helpful to track your calories?

Do you wonder if you are eating enough? You might be thinking you should start tracking your calories. In this episode, I talk about the calorie tracking equations you can find on Google, nutrition labels and how they might not be as helpful for you. There are other things to focus on in order to make sure we are eating enough, I give you some tips on what you can do instead.
